A well-established and expanding leading law firm are seeking a skilled Clinical Negligence Associate to join their outstanding team. The Role:You will manage your own varied caseload of clinical negligence matters while also supporting the Partner on more complex, high-value cases. The role offers real scope for progression, with the chance to work with a team that has extensive experience in claimant clinical negligence work.
Key Responsibilities:- Running a caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution
- Assisting on high-value and complex cases
- Engaging with medical experts, clients, and counsel
- Contributing to business development and client relationship management
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures
- 3+ years PQE with solid clinical negligence experience (claimant side preferred)
- Confident handling cases independently
- Strong analytical, communication, and client care skills
- Able to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- A commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice and service
