Job Description
Your tasks
- Active support and advice for private and high net worth clients (UHNWI, UVtWt), institutional investors, banks, and corporate clients
- Advice on storage solutions, in particular secure storage, duty-free warehouses, and customer safe deposit boxes
- Compliance with legal requirements and implementation of money laundering checks within the framework of compliance guidelines
- Identification and development of new customer potential as well as active acquisition and sustainable maintenance of business relationships
- Representation of Degussa at customer events, trade fairs, and industry committees
- Participation in internal and external events for customer loyalty and brand awareness
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in economics or finance or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in sales, relationship management, or private banking, ideally with a focus on precious metals trading
- Strong understanding of financial markets and precious metal prices
- Very good knowledge of the implementation and application of compliance, money laundering prevention, and regulatory requirements
- Confident manner, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills at the highest level
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high level of self-motivation, and passionate about active customer engagement
- Impeccable background and credit record
- Excellent command of French and English; fluency in German is an advantage
