Job SummaryA core client service proposition is critical to the future positioning of FI programmes. FI programmes need to live by the values of relevance, service, value, and purpose (RSVP). The client relationship team demonstrate this in their behaviours, processes, knowledge, passion, empathy, and hard work.
FI's position in the business education market is where "The experience matters " and this is equally important for employers as it is students. Currently FI has an excellent and growing reputation within the corporate and professional firms' market, and this needs to grow to embrace new apprenticeship programmes and new clients.
The role of the National Client Executive has a primary focus of building and maintaining relationships with employers and retain existing clients. Working closely with Regional FI teams, Client Support, Admissions, Apprenticeships and Programme Delivery teams, the National Client Executive is responsible for the provision of a high-quality client service and programmes for their clients. This role reports into the Head of Programmes National Clients and supports the overall commercial performance of the business.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead on managing smaller National clients
- Support of the National client public sector team
- Managing on-boarding, eligibility reviews and student planner creation for their own National clients.
- Programme and pathway planning for National clients
- Responsibility for excellent service to employers across FI regionally.
- Management of contractual arrangements and programme onboarding for each client through to delivery.
- Overseeing day to day business for our National clients and attending regular client meetings
- Ensuring bookings, tracking, reporting, and invoicing for clients is completed on time for clients - consulting with the Client Service Manager - National Client.
- Support with ensuring SLAs are being met across clients and escalate any risk to Head of Programmes for National Clients if there is a risk of SLA not being met
- Have a broad overview of larger National Clients to cover leave and unplanned absences
- Supporting additional work as required by management from time to time.
Essential:
- Experience of delivering high quality client service and account management.
- Experience of programme planning for multiple clients, across all qualifications.
- Experience of the delivery of professional or higher education.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional in dealing with clients' needs
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to analyse situations and make decisions
- Computer literate
Desirable:
- Experience of apprenticeship standards and programmes.
- Experience of the accountancy and finance sector.
- Experience of contract management and tendering.
- Experience of working with large professional service firms
