We are looking for passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our busy Eurostar kitchen at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Bicester, Oxfordshire. This kitchen is responsible for creating luxury dining experiences served onboard Eurostars premium services true showcase of British quality and culinary creativity.

The Role

As a Chef de Partie, youl lplay a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our Eurostar kitchen and maintaining the high standards Absolute Taste is known for. Youl work closely with our talented Head Chef to produce exceptional dishes with care, precision, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Head Chef, following recipe specifications accurately.
  • Clearly label and rotate stock, ensuring accurate allergen information is recorded.
  • Ensure all food is prepared, produced, and packed to the highest possible standard and always on time.
  • Maintain an organised and hygienic workstation, cleaning as you go.
  • Support with stock management, including cleaning fridges, rotating stock, and stock counts.
  • Always wear correct PPE and follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Contribute creative ideas for menus and demonstrate enthusiasm for food and learning.

  • Proven experience working with fresh, seasonal produce in a fine dining environment.
  • Strong passion for food and attention to detail.
  • A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to develop professionally.
  • Enthusiastic about culinary innovation and delivering outstanding quality.
