Summary

We are seeking a talented Chef to join our team at The Charlcombe Inn in Bath. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that align with our commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities

work within the kitchen operations to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
Prepare and cook meals according to the standards and menu specifications and dietary requirements.
Work well with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with The Head chef/ Manager on menu development and seasonal offerings.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
Ensure timely service delivery during peak hours.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef within the hospitality industry.
Strong culinary skills with a passion for food production and presentation.
Excellent leadership abilities and Strong team work ethic
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to menu planning.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and management.
