Permanent Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Hybrid/ London Minimum two days per week in the office
Salary: £40,000 £45,000 per annum, plus benefits
This health-focused charity is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join its Communications and Engagement team. This organisation is dedicated to improving public health outcomes by sharing robust, evidence-based information on disease prevention and survivorship. Its work helps people make informed, healthier choices and supports those affected by serious illness.
Through innovative research translation, impactful public campaigns and strategic engagement, the charity influences policy, inspires behavior change, and builds strong connections with supporters and communities across the UK and beyond. The Communications and Engagement department plays a central role in bringing this mission to life by delivering high-profile campaigns, shaping public narratives, and amplifying key messages through a wide range of channels.
The role:
This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary marketing and communications role. The Campaign Manager will lead the development and delivery of multi-media campaigns designed to promote the organisation s prevention and survivorship initiatives. The postholder will collaborate across teams, coordinate marketing activities, strengthen media and digital presence, build relationships with influencers and supporters, and oversee the production of the organisation s flagship supporter magazine.
The skills:

Strong background in campaign management and strategic planning, including setting objectives and managing complex projects

Proven experience creating and delivering multi-media campaigns

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with influencers, supporters, and public figures

Experience writing and editing supporter-focused publications

Track record of working with journalists across consumer, specialist and national media to secure coverage

Strong news sense with the ability to write compelling press releases and pitch stories effectively

Solid understanding of marketing and communications tools, channels, and techniques

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading abilities for both digital and print content
