Business Development Director/Manager - FM and Data Centres

Overview

Business Development Director / Manager - Data Centre FM London (Hybrid - Tue/Wed/Thu in office) £70k-£90k + £5k car allowance + 5% pension + commission + uncapped bonus. We're partnering with a leading Facilities Management & Data Centre services business that's scaling fast and looking for a strong networker who knows the data centre market.

Responsibilities

• Building and expanding client relationships across data centre FM
• Driving pipeline, forecasting, and closing deals
• Working closely with project and delivery teams
• Representing the business at client meetings and industry events

Requirements

• You'll be the go-to commercial lead, driving new business and deepening client relationships across data centres, fit-out, commissioning, and IT infrastructure.
• What matters most here isn't just what you've sold, it's who you've sold to.
• 3+ years in FM, ideally within data centres
• Background in construction, fit-out, commissioning, or IT infrastructure
• London-based and open to travel
• Commission
• Uncapped Commission/Bonus
