Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent PERi-PERi service
• Ensure daily operations meet brand standards and customer expectations
• Drive the development of team members and identify future leaders
• Guarantee the customer journey is carried out on shift, across all channels
• Collaborate with the leadership team to run brilliant shifts
