Job Description
Overview

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making, support financial transformation projects, and gain broad exposure across core accounting functions.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting the production of monthly management accounts, annual budgets, and financial statements.
  • Reconciling and processing accruals and prepayments, identifying anomalies and working with Finance Business Partners to resolve them.
  • Investigating budget variances and contributing to business solutions.
  • Assisting in the development of insightful financial reports to improve cost control and decision-making.
  • Playing a key role in transformation and improvement projects across the organisation.
  • Reviewing and enhancing finance systems and processes to ensure they remain fit for purpose.
  • Collaborating across teams to support effective communication and continuous improvement.
