policyTo operate an Asphalt plant and carry out weighbridge duties Asphalt Plant Operative & Weighbridge Operator Join a team where safety, quality, and reliability come first We are looking for a motivated and reliable Asphalt Plant Operative to support the safe and efficient production of high quality asphalt materials. This is a hands-on role offering full training, variety across sites, and the opportunity to build specialist plant-operating skills within a well-established organisation. The Role You will play a key part in the operation, inspection, and maintenance of an asphalt plant, ensuring materials meet company quality specifications while maintaining the highest safety standards.
