Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support Managing Directors in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modelling, and preparation of marketing materials.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, perform valuations, and develop complex financial models.
- Assist in the creation of client presentations, pitch books, and other documentation for potential investors and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation of transaction-related documents such as memorandums, presentations, and reports.
Key Requirements:
- First-class academic track record.
- Prior experience in M&A advisory (at least 12 months of full-time UK experience).
- Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proactive team player.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
