Analyst - Industrials/Business Services M&A Team

Responsibilities:

• Support Managing Directors in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modelling, and preparation of marketing materials.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, perform valuations, and develop complex financial models.
• Assist in the creation of client presentations, pitch books, and other documentation for potential investors and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation of transaction-related documents such as memorandums, presentations, and reports.

Key Requirements:

• First-class academic track record.
• Prior experience in M&A advisory (at least 12 months of full-time UK experience).
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proactive team player.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
