Advanced Care Practitioners - South West Hertfordshire

Rate: £50 - £70 per hour (LTD Company Outside IR35)

We're currently supporting a healthcare provider in South West Hertfordshire who is looking for experienced Advanced Care Practitioners (ACPs) to join their clinical team.

If you're an autonomous, forward-thinking practitioner looking for your next opportunity with excellent hourly rates and flexibility, this could be a great fit.

What We're Looking For:

• Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice
• Minor Illness and Minor Injury qualifications
• Minimum 5 years' post-registration clinical experience
• At least 2 years' experience in Primary Care, A&E, Unscheduled Care, or a related urgent care setting
• Confident and competent in seeing patients of all ages (children and adults)
• Registered ACP with Independent Prescribing (V300)
• Able to work autonomously and within multi-disciplinary teams
