Role Summary
This opportunity is to join a large Account Management Team, engaging with and nurturing relationships with existing eToro clients. It is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or client-support role who wishes to advance their career within a global social trading and investment business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality trade and administrative support via phone, email, and live chat channels
- Attend client meetings with Senior Account Managers as needed
- Support clients with products including OTC derivatives, real stocks, and investment offerings
- Acquire knowledge of financial instruments such as stocks, options, futures, FX, cryptocurrencies, bonds, and commodities
- Assist clients in understanding P&L, margin requirements, order types, fees, and trade-related issues
- Offer execution-only trading services via phone after training
- Proactively guide clients on platform navigation, product features, and cross-sell relevant services
- Conduct daily morning market calls to update clients on key developments
- Investigate and resolve trade disputes or escalations
