The Role

As Territory Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving both new business and managing existing accounts across key hospitals in North London (NHS and private).

This is a consultative, clinically focused sales role, selling on the strength of product features, benefits and outcomes.

You'll engage with:

  • Interventional cardiologists
  • Vascular surgeons
  • Radiologists
  • Cath lab managers and staff
  • Procurement and commercial stakeholders

Full product and clinical training is provided. You'll be joining a highly credible and supportive team with ambitious growth goals.

Candidate Profile

We're seeking one of the following:

  • A proven medical/surgical device sales professional, ideally with theatre, cardiovascular, or endovascular experience
  • A cath lab clinician (e.g. radiographer, physiologist, nurse) who is commercially minded and ready for a sales challenge

You will need:

  • A full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
  • Strong clinical understanding and confidence in a hospital environment
  • A consultative approach and ability to build trust with clinicians
Package & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: £35,000-£55,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission: £26,000+ (uncapped and realistic)
  • Company Car or Car Allowance
