1st Line Support Engineer MSP Environment Near Coventry £25,000-£27,000 + Progression + Training

What you'll be doing:- Providing 1st line support to a wide range of clients across the UK
- Troubleshooting issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware
- Escalating complex tickets to senior engineers
- Helping maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores
- 6-18 months' experience in an IT support role (ideally MSP or multi-customer)
- Solid understanding of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365
- Confident communicator who enjoys solving problems and learning new tech
- Full UK driving licence (occasional client visits)
- Hands-on exposure to modern tech stacks
- Rapid progression in a supportive MSP setting
- Ongoing training and certifications paid for
- Friendly, close-knit team that values development
